Making the Most of Your Significant Relationships
Time:Thursday, November 2, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Maintaining a strong, healthy relationship with your significant other requires open lines of communication, feeling understood and positive problem solving. This workshop will discuss ways to promote a strong relationship. Both new relationships and existing ones will benefit from this workshop.


Psychoneuroimmunology I
Time:Tuesday, November 28, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

This program describes the emergence of psychoneuroimmunology—a new interdisciplinary field that has provided a foundation for understanding the pathways between the brain and immune system as well as the importance of the mind in influencing physical and mental health. Case studies will be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of self-hypnosis to enhance the immune system. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the techniques behind self-hypnosis. Optimal health and performance CDs will be available to help you improve your ability.
